BIO

Al is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Certified Management Consultant™ (CMC), has completed the Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management Innovation and Technology (ACE) from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.

Al is currently a PhD student in Energy Engineering at the Institute for Energy Studies, University of North Dakota. His research focus is resilient and sustainable rare earth element (REE) value chains, using system dynamics modeling.
